Cancellation
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible. Please review our guidelines for cancellations below:
Order Cancellations (Product Purchases)
Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
How to Cancel: Contact our customer service team immediately at info@mlashbar.ca your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Return Policy for options after delivery.
Service Appointment Cancellations (if applicable)
Notice Period: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Repeat No-Shows: We reserve the right to decline future bookings if multiple late cancellations or no-shows occur.
Special Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be reinstated once removed or cancelled.
In the event of a system or human error where a discount is applied incorrectly or a code is activated by accident, we reserve the right to cancel the discount or adjust the order total.
Refund Processing
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or booking for reasons including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Product/service availability
- Pricing or promotion errors
